  • Membership is $200 per month with a 3-month contract

  • Single-month membership is available for $250

  • Members receive 24/7/365 access to all our facilities

  • Private studio spaces available for rent to ages 18+

  • Studios cost $3.75 per sq. ft starting at 4’x4’ – $60 minimum

  • Ample free street parking. Close to MAX & bus lines, by Ross Island Bridge and Ladd’s Addition

  • Classes are open to the public, Ages 10+

  • Training & Tool Safety Orientations are required for new members prior to full access

    • Niche machinery may require an additional orientation

  • Pet friendly for friendly pets - leashes required

As a member, you have 24/7/365 access to our 26,000 square foot makerspace, all the equipment and machinery housed within, and a supportive and dedicated community

What could you make?

Makerspace Information:

  • Downstairs Industrial Zones: Wood Shop, Metal Shop with blacksmithing forges, welding and metal fabrication, metal casting, Ceramics Studio, Leatherworking Studio, CNC machinery, laser cutters, loading dock with crane for shipping & delivery

  • Upstairs: Fine Arts Area & Beyond – Glass Studio, Textiles Studio with screen printing, auto-embroidery machines, and sewing; Tech Hub with electronics fab bench and 3D printers, photography darkroom, and a custom framing & matting area

  • Community Amenities: Full commercial kitchen with communal food pantry, and four large, member-made dining tables; lounge with couches, a projector for movie nights, and a small music zone; conference room for presentations, two gender-neutral bathrooms on each floor, day-use lockers

  • Workshop spaces to earn additional income as a teacher in your chosen crafts – ability to propose new classes at any time!

  • Worktables and community art supplies closet freely available for member use

  • Monthly Guild Hall Meeting & Potluck Dinner to discuss community updates and bring member voices to the table

  • Twice-Monthly Small Business Owner Co-Working Session for entrepreneur support

  • Art Gallery for displaying and selling member work, public art openings and concerts, and hosting member-proposed-and-run events

  • Rent a storage shelf or cubby for a modest fee if you don’t need a full studio space

  • Code access on both doors, security cameras, Wi-Fi, A/C & heat, onsite bike storage
